I CAN Relief runs a center for mentally and physically challenged children.  The building is rented by I CAN Relief and currently holds 52 students and 8 teachers.  However, the need is much greater in this area.  Each student is provided with lunch and education at the cost of I CAN Relief which is approximately $50 per child each month.
